Production:
Meat is «coarse» minced, respecting its structure whenever possible. The burger patty is formed butcher style using low pressure. Using this technique the beefburger remains light and airy during cooking, keeping its shape and flavour.

To preserve organoleptic quality, the product is vacuum packed in lots of 2 in a tray with an easily perforatable foil lid, and then frozen. This packaging guarantees optimal conservation and protection in your freezer, even without the cardboard box.

Instructions:
From frozen:
Cook in a hot pan or directly on a very hot, lightly oiled griddle. Sear the Beefburger on each side for 1 minute. Then cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Regularly turn over, using a spatula to avoid breaking.
